2 Suits

Two suits give this evening's hand another layer to untangle. You can drag a matching sequence when that feels more natural.

Select a face-up card, then a destination column. Dragging also works.

Meet two-suit Spider

On this website, the following points apply. This mode uses 104 cards divided between spades and hearts. You still need eight complete same-suit runs to finish the game. Each rank appears four times in each suit. The two-suit layout begins with ten columns and fifty cards in the stock.

Move by rank

Check both rank and suit before trying to move several cards together. A card may land on an exposed card exactly one rank higher, regardless of suit. A six of hearts can therefore sit on a seven of spades. A mixed-suit build does not become a movable group merely because its ranks descend.

Move a group

A suit change inside the selected cards stops the group from moving together. You may still move a smaller same-suit segment from the bottom of the column. A movable group is a face-up descending sequence containing only one suit. You can select the first card of that group to move every card below it.

Complete a run

The key details are straightforward. Both suits contribute to the total of eight runs needed to win. A complete sequence must run from King to Ace in one suit. The game removes a qualifying sequence automatically and updates the run counter. A red-and-black King-to-Ace column does not count as a completed run.

Untangle the tableau

The key details are straightforward. A temporary mixed-suit move can expose a hidden card or release an empty column. Matching suits often reduces the number of individual moves needed later. An empty column can hold one segment while you reconnect the remaining cards. Plan how you might separate that mixed build before extending it further.

Use a spare column

You can sometimes return a shorter segment to its original column after exposing a useful card. Fill every empty column before requesting another stock deal. Any legal movable group can occupy an empty column. Moving a King into a spare column can make space, but the King cannot later land on another rank.

Choose a stock deal

Each stock deal adds one face-up card to every column. Five such deals are available at the beginning of the game. The new cards can create matching suit connections or block existing ones. Review exposed moves and empty-column plans before using the stock.

Compare alternatives

The key details are straightforward. Use Replay if you want to restart the same shuffled deal from the beginning. Undo can reverse a stock deal as well as a normal card move. Undo also restores cards that were turned over or collected by the reversed action. The timer is not rewound when you undo.

A steadier approach

Keep these details in mind. A suggested move is a possibility to investigate rather than a guaranteed route to victory. One-suit experience helps with rank order, but two suits adds a separate suit constraint for group movement. Revealing hidden cards gradually broadens your choices. Keeping several short matching runs can be easier to manage than one long mixed run.

Your two-suit session

On this website, the following points apply. Turning off local saving removes stored game progress and statistics on this domain. Two-suit progress is stored separately from one-suit and four-suit progress in this browser. New game replaces the current two-suit deal with a fresh shuffle. The game can still run for the current visit when browser storage is unavailable.
